This 19th century "saddlebag" cabin with two living areas that share one chimney is found just south of Gatlinburg Tennessee. A four-pen barn rests on the hill. The cabin was built by Noah "Bud" Ogle over five years spanning the late 1880's and early 1890's. I arrived just after a morning rainstorm as the sun chased through the clouds. Color harmony work during post processing pulled the cabin into the palette.
