I was set up at an art festival in Venice FL, selling my wildlife photography. Someone said "speaking of wildlife, there is a snake in your booth!" Funny, how uncomfortable it made people. I was thrilled!
It ended up being an eastern glass lizard. Enjoyed showing a few kids this cool reptile, before releasing it out of harms way.
Love being part of NPN :wavey:

It's fun to put a face with your name, and I love your story about the glass lizard. Sounds like you are my kind of guy - reptiles are underappreciated... I suspect our paths will cross one day.

Great photo and a funny story Dan. I work in local government in the environmental division, and one day someone came over to my office and said "ugh... there is a snake over in the planning department!" (a REAL one... as there are plenty of figurative snakes over there..). Turned out to be an eastern ribbon snake and it was a lot of fun to show it around to everyone before releasing it into the woods
