A cold morning at Municipal Dock, this image is part of a larger series of images from Ludington Park - Escanaba Michigan. I hope that you enjoy this one. Nikon F4s, 24mm lens.

Excellent composition and exposure. Love the diffraction spikes coming off that light

Great shot simple and wonderful colour. A hunched up silhouetted figure on the bench would probably complete this shot for me.

This is a perfect photo, I think. Simple lines, simple composition, maximum impact. Goes to show that what's important is not the gear, but the ability to plan an image.

Excellent photo -- eerie look and feel works well to create an otherworldly sense of place. Reminds me of Hopper. However, a small point, -- the lamp post is very close to the bench -- for me this makes the central objects seem a little bunched -- suggest you try separating them just a bit with another angle if possible.

This is really nice in my book. Separating the bench and light might be more balanced, but I really don't think I find it an issue. Sometimes I like a little space in things and it works well for me here. Great job!

Wish I'd taken this one. I like the shadows and the light reflected from the bench .

Love this one Sean. Welcome to NP if you've just joined? Different to Ian, I like the fact that the seat is empty, vacated and appreciating the view on its own.
