Created using Painter, PS, Flaming Pear filters, and several layers blended at various opacities. Started with a blank canvas.

Fantastic creation. When you say you started with a blank canvass does that mean you drew the birds or are they photos that you brought in? I absolutely love this. :toast:

I used two seperate photos of egrets, removed their original bg in water, put each on its own layer, used liquify to add some style to their wings.

I then opened a new blank canvas, used a flaming pear filter (glittero)to create the bg, added the swirls in painter at low opacity, and then added the egrets to that new canvas.

It's all in the blending, and how you add or subtract color to the various layers. Everything goes on its own layer, and for this image I had ten or more layers to work with until I got the look I was after.

Mike,
This is magical! I love the glittery stars or snowflakes scattered on the image. It's like fairy dust. :jump:
