This was shot early one spring morning on the way to Sundance Resort. I like the fine detail which really stands out in the chrome on the light table or the full size printed image. I hope it comes out in this small format.

Mamiya RZ-67, 110 mm, tripod, Velvia

All comments welcome.

Brett:

From what I can see there is plenty of detail showing up here; but I am sure that it is even better on the original. The sense of motion that you have captured with this shot is great. I like it. I also like the intimacy of the shot.

This has a very soothing, pleasant feel to it - an enjoyable viewing experience. I bet the chrome is incredible!

Thanks for the comments. The chrome was scanned on an Imacon scanner I get to use occasionally here at work. I wish I could afford one of my own, but it's way out of my range.

Very well composed and crafted image. What would appear to be a simple and easy to find subject captured at the right moment in time.

I can imagine a big print Brett. Computer screens are so hopeless at conveying the true impact of an image, especially one taken with large film. The green is almost luminous and detail very nice indeed.

Hello:

This is a great photograph. Congratulations. I like the colour, the idea of movement, the composition, the textures of plants...I feel as if I were there watching them...

Thanks for this nice and humble piece of the real world!
