Dueling Coronets

Here's a multi-flash shot from this summer's Ecuador tour.  The bird on the left is a Chestnut-breasted Coronet while the one on the right is a Buff-tailed Coronet.  All species of coronets tend to raise their wings right after they land.
Canon 5D4, 100-400 at 371mm 1/200 F20, iso 800, Gitzo tripod, Wimberley head, 580ex flash at 1/128, 5 Nikon SB-26 slave flashes at 1/16, canvas background

Great interaction and nice poses with respect to one another, Nate.  To my eye, the flash setup needs a bit of fine tuning as it looks rather "artificial" to me.

Fine behavioral image, Nate. Excellent perch as usual and very dynamic poses from both hummers.

Another great image, the light is wonderfully arranged for and the poses of both birds are what one dreams of. No nits from me enlightened. Excellent work, Nate ! Hans
