Frustrating wren

Was photographing butterflies at a friends backyard garden when I noticed this wren hunting among the plants and carrying bugs off to I assume a nest nearby.  What was frustrating is that the wren would fly to a perch before leaving the garden, but the perch was always one of the metal sculptures decorating the garden.  Taken in central Illinois.

Nice job handling the lighting on this one, John.  I like the bug in the beak and the sculpture is nice and rusty so it works fine for my taste.

Good detail in the wren and nice capture with the bug.  There's a natural look to the perch which doesn't distract from the wren.
