Marsh Wren #2

Same bird as in my previous version which was very cold in temperature. This one I bumped the white balance to reflect the warmth of the morning sun. The wren has quite a few cattail seed head fibers in its bill and you can also see some floating in space which were dislodged from the wren's beak. D500 300mm f4 (1/500 sec at f8, Iso 1000), Levels, DeNoise, crop for comp, adjustment to white balance.

Great calling pose, and nice habitat.
These little guys are so neat to watch -

A great shot of this Wren in his natural habitat, Jim.  I like that he is calling, and the cattail seed fibers are a nice addition, I think.

A great singing pose, Jim, and the cattail fluff is a cool addition.  The bright reeds tend to grab my eye quite a bit.

I like the lighting and the open beak on this one.  Just enough detail in the background to add interest.   Effective depth of field.
