Saturday morning at Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve, 1.4 miles from my new home in Decatur, Georgia.

I like this shot, especially the detail in the eye.  Please let me know what you think.

Great find and capture, Barbara.  He is a real cutie.  Nice detail, not only in the eye but the frog and the plant that he is on.  I am glad that I got on here this evening and saw this.  I had a wedding to photograph on Sat.  I tried my best to talk her into hiring a pro, but nothing doing.  I have known her for over 30 years.  It was held in a barn at 4 in the afternoon.  Hot!!!  That is an understatement.  Lighting was horrible, inside and out.  Anyway, I have been doing what I can to edit, just finished that and decided to check out NPN.  Glad I did.  Nice shot.

Cool shot Barbara.  I really like the little leaf opposite the frog on the stem.  Nice BG. Great look at the frog too.

Really nice image! The frog is very sharp, as well as the plant. The little leaf adds balance and interest. The BG fits perfectly.
Fine work!

Nice close shot of this guy, Barbara. I'm guessing this one's pretty big, around 1 1/2" or so? Composition and color are very good, and it looks like you were able to align the frog and perch well for good focus. I use the same camera and lens for my close work, but I've never used it with the 1.4X, so guess I should try that.

The details in the frog (especially the eye) and how well its green matches the fresh leaf look great, Barbara.  Your crop and comp. are good.
