Hi Daniel,
This is a great shutter speed and a beautiful sky. I assume that you were hoping that the sky balanced out the dark rocks on the right, but I don't think it quite does the job. Maybe if it were bright pink, but even then, the image is very right heavy and the more interesting lines in the surf are also on the right. Just my two cents.

Like it a lot, water speed is nice, gives a lot of movement and the nice catch of rays on the waves is subtle
and attractive.

I like the way the clouds and the water mimic each other. It draws you right into the image. It is a bit off balance with the sea stacks on the right, but it still works. I think there are two reasons why; one is the power of the sky and the other is that the shape of the sea stacks are leaning away from the sky.

I see the point Kathy makes but compositionally for it me works reasonable well. The streaking clouds balance the radiating lines in the water pullback nicely. The wave catching the warm light is well timed too.

Daniel, I'm also finding this a little right-heavy, however, the light, shutter speed and curving form of the wave streaks are very nice. Also looks like it could use a slight CCW rotation.

Very lovely Daniel. I love your composition -- it is not textbook but the image is really well laid out in my opinion. The detail is also very impressive.

Daniel, it's an unusual composition, but rules are meant to be just guidelines. It works fine for me and leads the eye to the sweeping sky and powerful movement of the water. A beautiful image imho.

Daniel, there is a striking dynamic balance in your composition for me. The gentle hints at the last sunlight in the waves a the right just bring the image to life for me.
