Table Mountain Display

This was taken on 4/8/18 on Table Mountain, near Oroville, California.  This is one of my first attempts at focus stacking.  It consists of 3 separate images combined in Photoshop.  Learned some things from this;  even the slightest wind can cause some ghosting in the flowers.  Also, made the mistake of shooting these at f22 - I had been trying to get everything in focus with one shot, but having failed at this, I forgot to set a more reasonable f-stop.  This place is just beautiful during March and early April most years, and can be very crowded!
D800e, 28-70 @ 70, f22, 1/20, ISO 160, CPL and tripod.  C and C highly valued.  Thank you for viewing.

You did a great job at the focus stacking and this is hard to do with the wind, the slower shutter speed, etc. The result is just lovely, though. I got to Table Mountain a little later than you did, so the poppies were over, but it is still the most spectacular show of wildflowers and you've captured it very, very well.

Beautiful spring flower showcase. At web size, the focus stacking works really well to my eye. Very nicely done.

You've picked a good, low perspective for this shot. The bright array of coloured flowers in the foreground are lovely and vivid. They're maybe not quite as sharp as they could be, especially the poppies, but the contrast of colours is great.

Nice colors, layers and leading lines. At each layer the eye tends to want to stop and look around.
