Ridgway's Rail

The Ridgeway's Rail was just declared a separate species from Clapper Rail 4 years ago. I photographed it yesterday at Tijuana Estuary National Wildlife Refuge south of San Diego, California. Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, Canon EF500mm f/4L IS II USM, manual exposure f/7.1 at 1/640^th, ISO 2000.
