I found this guy at my local lake in Fort Worth, Texas. I believe that this is an immature snow goose, but I thought I would get everyone to weigh in. This is the first time I have seen this type of bird at my lake. He was the only one of his type there. Processed with Lightroom, Photoshop and Lightzone. Comments and critiques welcome.

Juvenile Ross's Goose. I'm no expert, but that's my best guess. Or Snow Goose. It gets more interesting, as they sometimes interbreed.

It looks like a Snow Goose to me, Ross's Goose has a shorter bill.  Very nice lightingdevil

Not sure either.  Color of bill is confusing.

I'm leaning toward Snow goose or hybrid. The bill is wrong for a Ross's goose.

Looks like a juvenile Snow Goose to me.  Typical coloration on the head/neck.

Jerry, I think snow goose is correct, but I'm guessing this is an older juvenile. Good detail and well composed.

A really nice look at this immature Snow Goose with good exposure control on the whites.  I really like the point of view and the alternating rings of blue and gold color in the water
