This is from March 2014 at Fort De Soto Park in Tampa Bay. I got several frames of this guy in a tidal pool at North Beach. Full frame with content aware crop toward RHS.

Great pose Bill. Really nice reflected light and nice colors on the egret. Setting is nice and simple with a smooth BG. No nits here.

Makes one wonder: what was he looking at ? Nice pose, pleasant setting - no nits from me neither enlightened. Cheers, Hans

Really good job on the clarity with this one.  Well composed.  Good color and a pleasing background.

I love this one. The colors are beautiful.  My first thought, which is from my childhood, every time I see a pose like this is "It's a bird! It's a plane! It's Superman!" :)

That's a really cool pose, Bill.  I love it.  Composition and bg work well also.

I really like the wistful quality captured by the tilt of the bird's head and eye looking skyward.  What, we might wonder, is it looking at.
