This fall, I had the opportunity to shot this in Chaffee County, Colorado. I was camping with a friend and we decided to try a little night painting. I used my headlamp as my light source, which worked really well. My friend called it the "San Diego Red Eye". So I titled it "Red Eye into Denver".

Camera-Canon 5dmkIII
Lens-Rokinon  f/2.8 14mm ED
Shutter speed- 30 seconds
f/stop-2.8

Michael, the circle of nicely lit trees looks great.  Seeing the star field through the trees looks good as well.  The "red eye" is a fine addition.

That small tree at the very bottom is pretty cool.
