Checking the Leftovers

This Spirit Bear found an old salmon carcass on the bottom of the stream. Most of the time they would bring the salmon to the surface and pick at them a bit to find any of the tastiest portions (roe, brains) that might have been left. They would then discard the carcass and continue fishing. I like the environment in this image, including the huge tree covered in moss and fungus behind the bear. Processed with Lightroom, Photoshop and Lightzone. Comments and critiques welcome.

Interesting image of the bear with less than a big fish! I like the details in the tree trunk behind the bear. TFS.

Excellent image...maybe a touch less foreground? Subjective.
