Oversize Bird Bath

Another shot of a trumpeter swan doing the bird bath thing.  Lots of splashing and flapping going on.  I like this one because it shows off all those bright new feathers on the one wing.

Sony a6500, FE 70-200 f2.8 GM w/1.4 TC @ 277mm, ISO-100, f/6.3, 1/4000, hand held.

A really nice bathing pose, and I do like the wing position, Gary.  I think this might be even better if you brought the darks up a bit.

Gary, I am loving your series of these swans. Your details in the whites are amazing and the splash adds so much action and character.

Excellent shot Gary, great bathing image with the wing up.  I don't know why swans don't get more attention here. devil
