This young Swainson's Thrush gave me this crazy pose when it was trying to drink from the drip into my little pool and lost its balance.

7Dii, Sigma 150-600 C @ 484 mm, tripod with ballhead and Wimberley Sidekick, f/11, 1/640, iso 800, aperture priority, pattern metering, -2/3 EV.  Processed in LR & PS CC.  Cropped to 16.8 MP before resizing.  Taken July 9th at 8:00 am.

Your comments and critiques are really appreciated.

Thanks,

This is precious Dennis. I love your caption. The wing blur, foot blur are perfect to depict this brand new aviator. Love it.

Always amusing to watch the youngsters attempting to compensate for their youthful blunders!  This image illustrates that very nicely.  Well done.
