It was amazing to me to find these wild lupines rambling at dusk along the river Kamp in Forest Quarter, Lower Austria.
Comments and critique are welcome.

A lovely image, Silvia. I really like the large dof you used so the forest setting comes through. The color difference and brightness is enough to give the lupines their proper emphasis in the image. It does look to me as if you might have gotten even more spectacular results with a slightly lower shooting position to really make the lupines soar.

These lupine are beautiful Silvia. Wonderful bright color and contrast to the dark forest behind it.

Hi, Silvia. The lupines are lovely indeed! I like the whole image—the sharpness of the lupines, the depth of the image and the stand out brightness of the flowers. I have one tiny nit, more of an OCD itch than a nit—I would find some way to get rid of the bent over stalk.
I am glad to see that you have taken seriously the need to do critiques at the onset of your postings. Silvia, I like this a lot. I like all the verticals with the interspersed star shapes of the leaves. The spacing of the lupines is great. I really enjoy photos that are composed this way.

Hi Silvia I really like how you composed the composition, showing enough forest , to gives the image a mood of wildness. the interesting shapes and colors of the lupines are beautifully captured

I very much like the wildness in this, Silvia. The vertical parallels between the flowers and the tree trunks is also very appealing. The balance of light if very beautiful too. Well done all around.
