This image is part of a series from a remote area in Forest Quarter, Lower Austria. It shows an intimate detail from the Hoellfall in the upper course of the river Kamp.

Peter, I like this image.  Good veiling and no blown out areas and the DOF is very good.  Gives a good feeling of peace and flow of water.

I like this, Peter.  The water flow leads my eye around the frame and the greens in the moss and grass add just the right amount of color to the image.

Beautifully done, Peter. I like the way the water flow winds it's way through this intimate landscape and the detail and texture of the moss and grass really shine in the large version.

This is really a sweet image, Peter.  Love the light on the grasses and the progression of the flow.  My favorite part is the background mini-falls top right.  Very well done.

Refreshingly different. And it's the tufts of grass that separates this from the others. I think a faster shutter speed could have given that water more definition. Nice image.

Although the highlights in the water are not blown out they do draw your attention to them. I find the glow of the moss on the dark rocks to be the most interesting part of image and the water diminishes that. Even lowering the highlights in top center left would help.

I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. This is a very nice image indeed.

I really like this.  The stillness of the grass contrasts nicely with the water motion.  I'm not sure I agree with that a faster ss would enhance this.  For me, the lack of detail in the water helps the eye stay on the grass and moss, making the scene as a whole very dynamic.

Beautiful and dreamy, just what I like in an image. Very intimate scene, nicely detailed in the moss and grass, and nicely blurred in the water. Comp and light are very pleasing.

A very nice arrangement of elements and nicely balanced light.  Has a bit of a Lon Overacker look, which is meant to be a compliment.

Beautiful lines created by the angular water flow and rocks.  Interesting positioning in the frame.  Simple, delicate, moody shot.

Peter, I'm totally enjoying this image! You came up with a fantastic composition and then the combination of rock, moss, grass and water motion all come together beautifully. Excellent work shooting this and processing it. devil I like it alot!

Outstanding mini scene...
The sharpness in general with the nice SS really works well.

Peter, this is beautifully composed and technically great. As for the shutter speed, I think the white area just above and left of center could use a little more definition from a slower ss, but everything else looks great to me. Maybe a case for blending of multiple exposures if you're so inclined, but certainly beautiful as is.

A really beautiful scene, which has been rendered so well. A seemingly simple composition but I appreciate the fact these are the hardest ones to pull off. The little tufts of standing grass adds a nice whimsical feel.

Always a pleasure to study your photographs.

Nice placement of all the elements in the image. Great subject matter with the mossy rocks and the flow of the water cascades.
