Interesting combination of elements.  The foreground lines lead my eyes back to the concentric circles.  The texture and tonality work well in this shot.  Nicely done.  devil

This does have a science fiction or alien sense to it but that may be because you're suggesting it. For me the upper half of image seems crowded and the lower half is largely barren. The image feels top heavy. The circles and their 'tails' are intriguing. I would place more emphasis on them.

Excellent find!   Textures and sense of movement are wonderful, love your processing.  Might consider cropping a bit off the bottom; lot more interest for me in the top 3/4 and would still leaves  you an area for the runout of the wash. Just below the right sand lump.

Cool, I like this very much, Jim. It has a nice sense of mystery to it and i like the lack of scale in the scene. Great B&W processing also.

Nicely titled, Jim.  I really like the subject and abstract quality.  Additional space up top would make it more effective for me.

It feels very much alive.  Good eye for finding this.  I like the subtle tonal transitons.

Very unique and appealing image for me, though I saw peacock feathers before I read your title and saw the sand people. The graininess adds to the interest. I wonder if bumping up the contrast even higher might bring out the patterns even more.

Really cool Jim.  I agree the best part of the image is on top.  I did a rolling crop to just above the bright spot on the right edge and I liked it.  Either way, very nice. There is one bright spec in the darkest area on the right that I would remove also.
