Morning Watering

Gallery: Man & FaunaPosted June 13, 2017186 views1 comments
Cattle are brought in from the fields and spend the night inside the walled, inner yard of the owner. Before being put back out to pasture, they are watered. I liked the expression on the woman's face and the apparent bond she had with the cattle. I also liked catching the cattle with water dripping from their mouths. Apparently, I'm developing a thing for cattle in my photos. Taken with an Olympus E-M1 and 12-40 lens at f/4, 1/320 and ISO 200. Richard

Great sense of place with this strong image.  The image, especially including the background, gives us glimpse into the woman's way of life.  Thanks for posting, Dave
