Gull Reflection

A common gull, but I liked the water and the setting. Processed using Lightroom CC (2015) and Photoshop CC (2017) along with Light Craft's LightZone. Comments and critiques welcome.

Very nice, Jerry. I like the water too. On my screen it appears that there is loss of detail in the feathers on breast of the gull. I suspect if this is the case, that it is because of the water acting as a reflector. Not sure if you can recover that area or not. Otherwise, I really do like this image. The expression on the gull, the water and the colors and lines in it, withe rocks near the subject, it just makes a pleasing image, even if it is a subject that we see quite often.

The lighting on the gull is quite sublime. The water provides wonderful contrast. Nice composition and pose. Seagulls do not get a lot of respect it seems...
