Yellow Warbler

Dendroica petechia

I captured this Yellow Warbler at a local State Park. The Warbler migration has been in full swing the last few weeks.

Singing it's heart out Matt. Love the colors and the streaks and the clarity of this one Matt. Nice BG. Nothing but positive for me.

Hi Matt
You did a good job of controlling the yellow on the Warbler.

Another must see for the larger version. This image is as perfect as those made by photographers with feeder/water setups in their back yards, with a wonderful perch and beautiful background.

To get this bird captured without branches in the way is fantastic, but to get him calling also is really fortunate. Way to nail it! What is the tree? Leaves almost remind me of an elm. devil

Terrific image of a calling warbler. I really like the color balance, detail, pose and composition. And it has a wonderful background. Good job!

The word "perfect" comes to mind as I view this image! Nicely captured, Matt. I really like that you caught him in the middle of his song.
