Spent some time at the local marsh. This RWBB is small in the frame but I liked the surrounding cattails and habitat. 90% FF No cloning, just normal adjustments to shadows, contrast etc. Sharpening the bird only.

Thanks for looking, comments & suggestions are always appreciated!

I like this a lot, Steve.  Excellent framing, dof and exposure.  A real feel of place.

Like the 'environmental' aspect/POV here Steve. Having the subject off center and to the right works well, nicely framed too. Good control of the balcks.

Steve, this is great.  The background colors are gorgeous, and it has to me such a graphical quality to it from all the cattails.

This is a good environmental in behavioral image of redwinged blackbirds.  Colors are very well done.  The bird really pops nicely within the surroundings.  I like the composition that you have created by having different levels of focus on the cattails.
