Harley this is a beautiful abstract of the dunes and a wonderful balance of positive and negative space exemplified by turning it into a black and white mono image.

Harley,
I'm loving the high-key look to this? Did you process towards this goal, or was the lighting taking the image there? or both? Regardless, the results are wonderful. The light and shadow play is wonderful, but even more striking are the lines of the ridges. What came immediately to mind would be some calligraphy character or writing. Very cool! Well seen and beautifully processed for effect.

This is a wonderful graphic design. The shapes swirls and embrace one another in a seductive manner. It's unusual in that there is an almost absence of mid tones. That gives it a graphic look that makes the subject become irrelevant.

This is excellent, Mr. H.. The curves of the shadow and the ridges form wonderful shapes. This image is a classic example of how shadows play such an important role in the overall impact of an image. Very nicely done!

Awesome lines and tonal range. Simple but very engaging exploring the curves.

Nice combination of lines and tones. The white sky/dune (?) on the top works well here.

Very cool. Just a simple sweep of a curve. Ripples and other details show up amazingly well in the larger version.
Really well seen and done, Harley. This is a classic view. DV is one neat place!
