A lovely flamingo image, Sandy.  I like the deep blue water and the pose.  Maybe a touch off the top?

Wonderful, Sandy. Good management of the harsh light.

Wow, talk about pink and blue dominant colors. This image is very sweet with great detail. Their eye's are so cool and of course the raised foot adds a lot of interest too. Well done!

Absolutely beautiful.  I agree with Dennis about maybe a touch off the top.

I love the almost glowing eye here Sandy. The pinks are nice, the water color is a good reflection of the sky, the feather details in the larger version really come out nicely, but that eye really pops.

Ken, they LIVE there, year-round. Thousands of them, and they are quite close when the tides are out.

And Swakopmund is a delightful, modern town (if a bit "touristy" ),  with great restaurants, exceptional hotels,  and local shops, especially after having come in from a lodge in the very desolate and sweltering Namib desert that was 105+ with no AC or even ice.
Highly-recommended!
