I took this photo in a remote area of Ladakh, India near the Pakistani border. In these villages, depending on proximity to Pakistan or Tibet, the populace is usually either all Muslim or Tibetan in terms of food, culture, religion and even physicall appearance. In this Muslim oriented village, the women didn't want their photos taken, the men were OK with it, but the kids were happy to oblige. This little girl was very photogenic in her multi-colored garb and winsome smile. Taken with an Olymus E-M1 and 40-150 lens at 1/640, f/3.2 and ISO 200. Richard
