The Santa Ynez Valley is a lush, green paradise right now. A perfect spot to practice nature & landscape photography, hike, camp, visit vineyards, and much more. Check out my full gallery for a deeper look into this truly unique area.

Ken,
Very cool image, almost ghostly though.
Could you expand on the settings, lighting etc. to see how you got that effect.

Interesting design, Ken. I love the foreground trees. The cyan in the background is too heavy, so you might look at dialing it back quite a bit. Given the fence, this image really belongs in the Man & Nature Gallery. The large version shows the detail better than the small one.

Almost resembles an old-fashioned negative. And the bit of fence at the bottom a nice horizontal contrast to the vertical of the trees.
