Ólafsfjörður, northern Iceland. Better seen large - it may not be obvious from the thumbnail why this is Man & Nature.

Zeiss Vario Sonnar 80-200mm MF lens, Sony A7.

Awesome landscape and reflection.  Even on the large image I had to hunt to find the buildings.  Bet this would make a nice B&W.

Wonderful image. It has an artistic sketch quality that I really like. It also has a slight sepia tone. I think you could also crop some off the bottom (a little less that 1/2 way to the land/water line).

Alberto: this would also be excellent as an abstract. Were it not for your title and instruction, I would have thought the farmhouses were rocks. Like it in either category and think it would be a fine BW photo. Richard

Yeah, it's tough to see the building even in the large version.  Really gives a sense of small buildings vs large landscape!  I like it; it's almost an abstract just because of the snow patterns on the mountains. Cool.

What a unique image. I like it very much and am glad you mentioned the barn in the title.  Subtle colors and interesting lines and reflections. It seems a little dark, but since it was overcast you might prefer it that way. Very nicely done.

Such a vast vew, and the scale with the building  gives an intimidating feel to the image, especially so stark in winter.  I image the hill are a lush green in summer.  What month was this taken in?  I remember hearing somewhere that Iceland was having a light sow winter?  Not sure if that was your experience, as snowfall can be quite localized in Iceland.  Excellent lines and graphic feel to this.
