I have been trying a long time to capture images of a coot takeoff. It has proven very difficult. First of all, they hardly fly. When they do fly, it is for a very short distance. A few days ago, I got lucky as this coot took off right in front of me and actually became airborne. Processed using Lightroom CC (2015) and Photoshop CC (2017) along with Light Craft's LightZone. Comments and critiques welcome.
