Glacier Skywalk, Icefields Parkway
This is through the glass floor and railing of the Glacier Skywalk just north of the Athabasca Glacier on the Icefields Parkway. I must tell you that taking that first step onto the platform is a bit disconcerting! I rarely look for non-nature comps but I thought this was pretty interesting and kind of fun to shoot. All comments welcome.>=))>

This is extremely interesting and makes a great shot. I'll bet they'd love to have that image hung somewhere relevant to that glacier/parkway/skywalk.

I don't know if I'd be walking, though. I think I'd be crawling, or maybe just lying flat on the skywalk floor with people walking around me. :)

Bill, a great look at this skywalk, with some fine architectural structure and a ton of interest in trying to decipher what's a reflection and what's looking on through. Well seen.

This image is timely, Bill, as I just read something about this skywalk last week. The Canada Rockies are amazing. Haven't been there in over 30 years, and I need to get back there. Your images from there are most enjoyable.

Cool image, Bill. I haven't been up that way in a number of years and I don't recall this feature. Looks as if it would be an unnerving experience.
