Spaghetti Squash

This crazy thing is still putting out new blossoms and even trying to create more squash.  I noticed a blossom this morning and was fascinated by the stamens.

5DIII, 180 mm f/3.5L macro, tripod with live view and cable release, f/11, 1/50, iso 500, aperture priority, pattern metering, +2/3 EV, shade provided by my vest.  Processed in LR5 & CS6.  A tiny crop from the left and bottom.  Relative emphasis of the in-focus areas using Topaz Detail.  Taken today at 10:17 AM.

Comments and criticisms are appreciated.

Thanks,

Outstanding, Dennis. Very unique. I like the semi-abstract comp, and the detail in the center and filaments. Squash, huh? Cool.

An original photo of a flower that I am not able to identify. A very nice warm yellow color in a very good composition.
