Calla Gala

Sony A77II
Minolta 200mm macro
ISO 200, 2 secs @f22

Got back from two weeks in the Canadian Rockies and have been working through the images in Lightroom. I decided I needed to do some shooting so I bought some callas this morning and shot them in our "studio". I liked the curves of the petal edge and the color palette especially. All comments welcome.>=))>

Sweet! You always seem to find a strong pattern in less than whole images. No exception here—a fine image!cool

Hi Bill, composition, colours, sharpness and mix of OOF and in focus, all combine very nicely - you have a good eye!

Bill, I love the sinuous lines of the design composed in the rectangle; that is why I would like tu cut the bit of the flower in the bottom which is not congruent. Yes, the warm colors are splendid.

This is so nice, Bill.  I love the bronze and purple tones and the myriad of lines.  Great texture also.  Wonderful!
