Was really trying to push my equipment to the limits. Was on the 70-200 with Raynox.
7D. 70 200 with Raynox 250 , F20, 1/100 400 ISO. Really think that I got more than a 1:1

All of the striping in the eyes is amazing, Balan. You've got excellent dof for this much magnification. An outstanding shot.

This is very well done--the details are impressive and I like the comp with the mantis head placed up and off center. I really like the sharpness of the head and even the eye facets are quite visible................................Jim
