Sgcott: the classic requirements of an interesting foreground, mid ground and background. Beautiful colors to boot. Congrats and this one deserves a print! Richard

Scott, I am really enjoying your Mount Baker series. Each image has that sense of quietude that I love about the high country. I love the meadow and how the cool greens interact with the mountain and the sky. The tones and color look spot-on to me.

A beautifully inviting view here, Scott. The mottled light and the flowers make fine "stepping stones" through the foreground leading back to the mountains and a sky with clouds that do a fine job of mirroring the snow covered mountain.

Lovely light and shadow effect - and the asters in the close foreground add a lot of depth. My only minor question is about the rocky peak left of Baker's summit - the light / contrast on it don't look very natural, and it is sort of an eye magnet. Perhaps I would darken it a bit to make it less conspicuous?

Scott, What a beautiful scene! The light and colors look great and what a wonderful sky to go with it. Very nicely done!

I think this is my favorite of your Mt. Baker series, Scott. The lighting is exquisite throughout the scene. All the elements in the landscape work nicely together; all topped off with that beautiful sky.
