Another Nighthawk

Well, I guess I wasn't finished posting images of these guys after all. I think that this image shows clearly how large the Nighthawk wings are in comparison to their body. It was also my first image posted with my newly acquired Canon 1DX Mark II.

Processed using Lightroom 6 and Photoshop CC 2014 along with Light Craft's LightZone. Comments and critiques welcome.

This is a nice presentation. As you say, it shows the wings nicely. Sharp details and good background and perch.

Very nice, Jerry. Unusual to see a Common Nighthawk up and eyes open with that much light still around.

Well composed image, Jerry. The techs look very good with the side lighting. Great look at this species. The spider web on the right is a nice touch. Congrats on your new gear.
