Yellowstone River Outlet

Here's an early morning, early spring view along the Yellowstone River as it leaves Yellowstone Lake, taken from Fishing Bridge.  I think the snowy mountain in the distance is Flat Mountain.  (5D3, 70-200 f2.8 @ 120mm, f/14, 1/25s, iso 200, tripod and polarizer)

Beautiful peaceful image, Mark.  I can feel the cool air thru my screen.  It may be the only cool thing I see for a while angry.  Love the soft colors of the reflection.  It must have been a fine morning with little wind and quiet skies.  Very nice.

Very pleasant and serene look to this.
I think it could use a bit more saturation in the trees and I might brighten the clouds.

The interplay of water through the scene is just lovely.  Directional lighting provides lots of nice crisp detail.  Dig it.

Beautiful, peaceful image, Mark. Love the tranquility of the water. The comp is very good featuring beautiful zig-zagging elements.

Beautiful as is but perhaps a little less contrast on the left shoreline?

Hi Mark,

This image is such a peaceful capture, and I can see myself sitting in a chair with me feet up and enjoying the view. I really enjoy the flow of water through the scene, and the depth of this image that is created with the composition you have chosen to capture this beautiful scene with.
