Taken near the end of last winter, early in the morning after the last decent snowfall of the season.  This is looking West on the Lowe River near Valdez, Alaska.

Sony ILCE-6000, SEL-1670Z @16 mm, ISO-100, f/8.0, 1/320, hand held.

This looks cold, Gary.  I'm enjoying the sense of depth and how many different textures and shades of blue and white are spread through out the frame.  The trees (are they burned skeletons or deciduous?) add a nicely textural change of pace.

I like everything about this Gary, especially the light on the clouds reflected in the river and the snow on the river bank. This scene looks absolutely frigid.
