This dock is at the end of the road near my house and it juts out into the Great South Bay looking south toward Fire Island.  I think I missed the best lighting, but took advantage of the texture in the clouds and the windless seas

Must be a great place to just look at the clouds, and take the occasional photo! I like how the dock seems to head off to nowhere. Looks a bit too cyan for my taste though, but that is a small nit. Nice texture in the clouds indeed.

This is a very nice scene and a great leading line. Because of the angle of view of the dock it feels like the dock is tilting to the right, a bit disconcerting to me.
