This red barn sets along a highway outside of Flagstaff. In the summer, the barn may contrast with a field of yellow flowers.  In the winter, fresh snow provides a peaceful morning.

Lovely scene, Doug.  Nice to catch it with the snow so completely unblemished.  I like the hint of light on the trees.

That "little" red barn sure is overwhelmed by the snowy trees and the untouched field of snow in front.  The mild overcast lighting adds well to the sense of a just ended storm.  Sure makes me want to strap on the snowshoes and go roaming.

You've caught a beautiful scene here Doug and well composed with the barn slightly off-center.  The lighting was just right for this landscape too and you can just make out the shadow line creeping into the field.  Nicely done and thanks for sharing.

I love the light in this shot, Doug!  The pano crop and the slightly off-center composition both work perfectly here and the bonus is the untouched blanket of snow.  It all looks so peaceful and pleasant.  Very nice and perfect for the challenge!
