We're having a wet, sunless winter so far - this old shot of Spring cherries in a local park cheered me up !
Best wishes for the New Year to one and all !!!!! Canon 7D, Tamron 55-200 @ 60, 1/250 @ f11, -1ev, ISO 800.

Very pretty, Ian. I like the soft light on the cherry blossoms, and the contrasting green grass sprinkled with flowers. I also like the excellent comp. Lovely spring image to warm up the winter!

Just looking at the trunks, I'm guessing these were grafted at one time? Lovely composition, Ian. Looks like some noise reduction was used on the lower half.

A beautiful spring image, Ian. Lovely blossoms and the bright green of the grass is thanking heaven for all that winter rain.

Hi Ian.
I am back to NPN after some holidays and your photo is a good welcome. Here too the weather is unusually always grey for fogs and clouds. Your photo is splendid for composition and colors, full of light and with pastel colors. I love it.
I am still in time for whishing a 2016 rich of achivements and striking lights.
