Nice detail, Scott, and a really cool perch witha good head turn. Looks like a fairly steep angle, but the only two opportunities I ever had were the same-they seem to like it high.

Hi Scott,
Good job on getting this shot. Composition is good, a little tight on the bottom, but not a deal breaker. Wonderful details on the head and eye......................Jim

Scott,
while being often in Tucson I have tried to photograph this bird and know that this is a very typical setting. All over from composition point of view I find the image nice, including your choise of framing. As far I rememebr the males are a bit darker as it looks in this image and because of that I would darken it overall a bit since I have the feeling that the photo is slightly overexposured.

Good pose and detail. But this is way too light. See this shot of mine for proper color/tone.

Nice pose and perch. The bird is significantly over exposed. Don't know if that was in camera, or post processing. Could easily be darkened at least 1 - 2 stops and still have the right colorartion.

Nice pose and detail. Agree that the image is overexposed. I angle may be a little steep, but not everly so IMO,

This is an excellent perch and it looks like it has nice detail Scott, I would move the black point to darken it and it will be a stunner.

Would be very easy to correct your over-exposure here Scott. It also liike like at least a full stop to me. I would like to see a re-post if you have one. I like the image overall.
