Actually, this photograph was taken three days before Autumn on Ice. Thanks again to everybody for the overwhelming response to that earlier posting.

Another beauty...I could see this as one of a series, with your prior leaf on ice photo. Just stunning in its color, simplicity, and lines.

Even though the ice is not as prominent as in the previous post, the colors take over as the main focus, thus another great image.

No nits from me, Jim. The triangular leaf in a triangle of ice with the stem cutting through the edge is a superb comp.

Nice placement of the leaf in the frame. It is beautifully situated in the ice triangle, and the colors work so well together. You have some very handsome leafs out that way in Zion, and you did abeutiful job displaying their essence.
