Aztec Dancer Redux

This is what I ended up with after reworking the previous Dancer post.

Squared off the comp/crop to 3000x3000 lines, and removed the twin flash artifacts from the near eye.

F/13, 1/80th, ISO 640, 5DM2, Sigma 150mm f/2.8 + 1.4x ext with fill @ -1, cam bias -2 handheld in a prone position.

Manual focus at my minimum inside range, moving back & forth slightly..

Hi Howard,

The eyes look pretty good. I did not really notice the odd highlights from the flash--I'm used to seeing them often on a lot of macro shots.  I have never beeen able to see the eye facets which are quite small in a lot of damselflies.  The square comp looks good too.  Well donedevil....................................Jim

Howard, impressive eyes! I can also count the spines on the legs. Great rework!

Lets see...redux is french for redo, right? enlightened sad

I love the way this version lets that eye grab attention.  It makes that eye feel like its at least twice as big as the other eye...
