With a stream of water separating me from this bull, I felt comfortable enough to try the low angle. Taken in the Lamar valley of Yellowstone.

You've done a great job of getting the details in the fur and even showing the eye... not an easy task. The low angle and distant background as well as the yellow flowers enhance his surroundings. A very nice capture.

Think I prefer the horizontal. It shows the vastness of his surroundings.

Excellent. Love the bright colors and how the bison is well separated from the background. Ialso prefer the horizontal version.

Hisham: you've captured a very pastoral scene. The bison looks peaceful and is nicely highlilghted by the field of yellow flowers in front of it. The turn of his head really makes the shot. II much prefer the landscape version. Richard

I can see this blown up and hanging on a wall. A beautiful composition with the low angle, a nice head turn, colorful flowers, and good detail in the bison. And a very pleasing color palette. Great job.

Very nicely done Hisham! I like both versions but the landscape version does work better for me. The low angle across that big field of flowers and great OOF background really give it a nice pop, well done.
