My wife and I spent a few days last weekend near Mt. Adams at a place called Elk Meadows RV park. The meadow behind the campground lived up to its name. I liked the foggy scene with the elk as accents.

9 commentsNice capture Dennis; I like the fog too and it adds a lot of dimensionality to the scene. Nice placement of the elks in the overall compostion.
This is a fine look at these elk in a nicely foggy environment, Dennis. Elk always amaze me with how quickly their antlers grow and the two bulls looking at you show that off well. The larger image does a much better job of showing off the details in this scene.
Very nice. I like the mood and included landscape. I also like how the elk look attentative; it's kind of mysterious.
Your photo of the elk in the fog makes me wish I was there! Great job on this image. Thanks much for sharing.
Moody and beautiful. I really like this. Very nice.
