Scott I think you did well with the contrasting Blacks & Whites, exposure looks good, just wished the FG Stilt was a little more clockwise and not pointing/looking away. Maybe a landscape format could also work as an alternative, so it gives the subject something to look into.

Oh, sweet!! A marvelous pairing, very attractive. Maybe a little more room in front if you have it or can make it?

Scott,
While the technicals are good, did you get any shots of them turned so they were facing you? Keep posting. I like your work and enthusiasm.

Great relative positions of these two, Scott. Excellent detail and a nice composition, though a tad more space on the right might be nice.

Nice pose on both of these subjects Scott. I do agree with Steve wishing they were pointed a bit more towards the viewer...but still a nice image.

Very Nice Scott. I agree with the others about more room on the right, but the image is still very toastworthy .....................Jim

Scott, this view sure shows where they got their name. The two position pose and the stirred water really look good against the spring green background.

Amazing shot with the stances of the birds, the legs and reflections and ripples make for great composition.

A nice mage as posted. I have no issues with the position/angle on the stilts. Exposure is good as is detail. Colors look natural.
This is the kind of shot we used to be able to get at the Water Ranch. I'm glad to see that VOP is giving similar opportunities. How close can you get there these days?

Looks so nice. My personal impression also that a landscape format would have been much better

Scott,
Whilst the poses may not be "technically" perfect , they are very natural for me. Beautifully captured
