WC 664 The Heron

I photographed this heron very early one morning on a recent trip to San Diego. He was in what I guess is San Diego Bay, just outside the Hilton Bayfront hotel, and appears to be either a resident of or frequent visitor to that part of the water, since I saw him later on as well.
No specific feedback requested, but general comments would be welcome.

I like the heron's silhouette very much - it nicely complements the sun's reflection.

I like the image and the reflection, but the vignette does not add to the image IMHO. I think the photo can stand on its own without it. Thanks for sharing.

I like the silhouetted bird and the light trail, Nancy but the vignetting doesn't work for me either.

The heron silhouette and the sun's reflections work very well here creating a fine sense of being at the shore, listening to the waves. For my tastes, the vignette is too strong, but that's a personal preference.
