Went out to a local lake to try for geese in flight photos, but nothing was moving except for a few coots. This one posed nicely. tight crop to avoid coot rear end.

I like the feeding action here John, a little tight in the frame for me and the best light looks to be falling on it's back as opposed to it's face.

Nice one John but I think I would lighten what is left of the clean portion of the beak (closer to white) and the ocular ring (red)

Coots are messy eaters!
A bit tight and a little soft. A little selective sharpening and dodging on the head would step this up a notch.
